The building was completed in 2014 by Anthony Béchu and Tom Sheehan. There is no freedom of panorama in France, permission from the architect is needed.

I've donated my photo from La Défense in Paris (2016). It shows several buildings from the outside, partially hiding each other, the emphasis is on the skyline. Therefore I don't think it has to be deleted. But do as you think, I don't have any influence anyway. Myriam Thyes 08:16, 26 February 2021 (UTC)

•  Delete all. Failed de minimis attempt. For File:Skyline La Defense Paris 04 2018 9411 (1).jpg and (4).jpg, these cannot be de minimis as all buildings here are copyrighted, and it is not a cityscape nor a skyline (the file names are lying). Best comparison is the file deleted at Commons:Deletion requests/File:Esplanade-de-la-defense.jpg, where my defense on de minimis failed. File:Defense-2016.jpg, blatant violation of architect's copyright. Building is too prominent here. File:La facade de la tour.JPG - shows a feature of a building's façade. File:Skyline La Defense Paris 04 2018 9411 (3).jpg, not a true skyline but shows a distinctive part of the top of a French skyscraper. For some cases the file names are deceiving. Deleted: I agree with JWilz12345 here. The focus of File:Skyline La Defense Paris 04 2018 9411 (1).jpg is clearly on the D2 tower by Anthony Béchu and Tom Sheehan. All other depicted buildings are just accessory to the D2 tower in the centre. Likewise File:Skyline La Defense Paris 04 2018 9411 (4).jpg and File:Defense-2016.jpg. File:La facade de la tour.JPG and File:Skyline La Defense Paris 04 2018 9411 (3).jpg show nothing but the D2 tower. --AFBorchert (talk) 23:04, 1 November 2021 (UTC)
