copyvio. no FOP for statues in the US. h-stt !? 18:42, 10 June 2023 (UTC)
Comment: The statue was created and placed in public in the United States in 1984. Is there a copyright notice on the statue (or, in its absence, any sort of registration of the statue with the copyright office)? It's possible that the statue is {{PD-US-1978-89}}, which would make the lack of FOP moot and would remove any potential reason for deletion. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 01:50, 12 June 2023 (UTC)
Delete. There would need to have been reproductions of the statue published without copyright notice for this to be in the public domain. Public display of an artwork only counted as publication prior to 1978 in the US. IronGargoyle (talk) 17:36, 17 June 2023 (UTC)
